Description
Photograph of a painting depicting Phoenix, Arizona's Washington Street, looking east, [s.d.]. The broad, unpaved street is at center and is divided in the middle by two sets of streetcar tracks. Two-story buildings, utility poles, and sidewalks line the road, and many horse-drawn vehicles are parked along the curbs. Many pedestrians can be seen on the sidewalk. There is a bicyclist crossing the street at left.; Legible signs include, from left to right: "Morris-Heyman Furniture Co.", "The Hub", "Geo. H. Cook Jeweler", "A[?] Boehmer's Drug Store", and "American Steel Wire Fencing".
