Description
Photograph of hundreds of Mexican cavalrymen mustering on horseback in front of a large adobe building, city of Durango, Mexico, ca.1910. The place is across the site of Parque Guadiana, City of Durango, capital of the State of Durango, México. Several men on top of the building as well as several pedestrians look on. Many white cloths cover something (equipment?) adjacent to the adobe. There is a thick stand of trees behind the adobe. Part of a town is barely visible through the trees beyond a low wall.
