Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Douglass Terrace Apartment building at 1023 West Seventh Street, 1900. The three-story colonial-revival building is at center. It is light-colored and has two balconies directly over the front door. Wide concrete steps lead up from the sidewalk to the front door, passing between two grassy patches and four thick columns in the process. A tall, skinny tree can be seen in the foreground at right.
