Description
Photograph of an aerial view of the Venice Pier, 1933. Closest to the bottom edge of the image, a breakwater can be seen jutting from the water, just behind which a large roller-coaster ends the pier. The pier continues backward, with a racetrack at left, along with shops and a second roller-coaster at right. The city can be seen along the top edge of the image.
