Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the church at Mission San Diego from across the court, taken by artist and photographer Edward Vischer, ca.1875. The long barn-style adobe church is shown in disrepair at center, losing its spackle. It is distinguished by a number of doors on its first floor, followed by windows on its second. Most of the windows are boarded or have no glass. In the foreground, the remains of adobe walls can be seen.
