Description
Photographic portrait of "Spirito" the Indian wife of Miguel Leonis, [s.d.]. Mrs. Leonis is pictured seated in a leather chair with a shawl wrapped around her shoulders and a hat on her head. She looks straight ahead and appears to be elderly. Her hands are folded in her lap, while a desk is visible in the background. The location is possibly the Ranch at Elizabeth Lake at the Las Virgines Ranch in Calabasas, owned by Miguel Leonis.
