Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Mission San Gabriel, showing palm trees, February 26, 1931. Three palm trees are planted along the sidewalk in the foreground by the road. The tall, thin front wall of the mission is visible behind them. Five of the six portholes in the left side which hold the mission's bells can be seen, the sixth obscured by palm branches. The stairs to the entrance at the right can just barely be seen behind a utility pole.
