Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Rancho Agua Hedonida, home of Don Sylvestro Marron Sr., Ocean Side, ca.1930. The long adobe house stands elevated off the ground by its roof supports. It is dilapidated; the outside paint is chipping, and most of the picket fence that serves as the porch's railing has been broken away. Planks are visible lining the narrow side of the adobe to the left. The surrounding terrain is dry and covered with scrub vegetation. Picture file card reads: "Note: Rancho los Milpitas on the lands of San Luis Rey Mission inland from Ocean Side.".
