Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Santa Cruz Train Station, ca.1900. The large, wooden train station stands at center with the tracks and train cars in a row just behind. Several horse-drawn carriages stand in a row in front of the tracks while others can be seen carting passengers in the dirt clearing at center. People in dark suits, dresses and hats walk among the carriages around a small patch of grass and bushes on the right and the many tall electrical poles that stand around the station. Tree tops can be seen in the background behind the trains and the station.
