Description
Photograph of an exterior view of Dr. Millikan's residence in Upland, ca.1900. A two-story building with a sloped roof and at least five rectangular-shaped windows is visible at left. The residence is obscured by a few trees, while a horse and buggy can be seen in front of it at left. A woman can be seen seated inside the buggy, while a man wearing a hat can be seen standing behind the horse. Two yucca plants are visible in a grass lawn at center, while other trees can be seen behind them. A man wearing a cap is visible standing at right on a dirt road that runs across the foreground, while a utility pole is visible to the right of center near the road. Palm trees can be seen at right, while other homes can be seen in the background.
