Description
Photograph of an exterior view of an unidentified adobe at Morettis Junction in San Diego County, ca.1900. The dialpidated one-story adobe is shown at center beneath the shade of a large tree, shown at left. A modest wooden door is shown, while a large chunk of the wall has caved-in to the right overtop the window. The roof appears to be corugated tin. In the foreground, two long stumps are acting as posts for a barbed-wire fence. Between them, a dirt path leads to the adobe. A hill is visible in the background distance.
