Description
Photograph of Eagle Rock Drainage System construction, September 1936. In the foreground at center, two rows of vertical wooden beams enclosing a trench can be seen extending into the background. On both sides of the beams, large groups of men can be seen. Between the two rows of vertical posts, lines of perpendicular posts are visible. Two men stand in the trench on a concrete drainage pipe. Another section of the pipe is being lowered overhead by the crane at left. In the background at left, additional sections of pipe are visible. In the background at right, large piles of dirt can be seen.
