Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the remodeled adobe home of Tomas Sanchez on the Rancho Cienega de la Tiejera in Baldwin Hills, ca.1935. A long, one-story ranch house is pictured from a distance at center, with a large pressbox-style annex rising from its roof. In the foreground, two trees stand at either side of a bench. Separating the two scenes is a length of chickenwire fence and what appears to be a circular dirt road. The home later became the Sunset Hills Golf Course clubhouse, and was the Parkview Womens' Club until 1978.; Large remodeled adobe home of Tomas Sanchez. "now sunset Hills Golf Course...was Parkview Womens Club until ca. 1978".
