Description
Photograph in panorama of Glendale from a hill to the south, California, ca.1924. Residential areas begin with their homes spread apart from one another at the bottom of the frame where the hillside is partially visible, and gradually become tightly-packed towards the center and top of the image. Trees are scattered throughout. Mountains sweep in from the right side, flattening to the ground and becoming hills at center. What appears to be some sort of crop has been planted on the right of the visible portion of the hill.
