Description
Photograph of a view of Western Avenue looking north from Adams, 1924. Cars move along either side of the hilly, paved road at the center of the image. To the right, A one-story service station can be partially seen, while at the left, a one-story hut can also be seen, apparently also commercial. Farther back and on the right side of the road, a sign reads "It is a bargain at 13000. [...]Rooms, 2-Story, Terms, Near Here". Farther still into the background, a large two-story house can be seen above the treetops. A flag pole flies the American flag outside the service station. Trees fill the left side of the street past the intersection. In the foreground, a sign in the middle of the road reads "Keep right".
