Description
Photograph of workers constructing a storm drain, [s.d.]. At right, sections of pipe stand in a line on their wide end, while at center men can be seen at the bottom of a narrow ditch. Farther in, four more workers use a machine to funnel material into the ditch. Above, a ridge of dirt can be seen standing at left.
