Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Lopez home in San Fernando, ca.1880. Two men and three women are posed at regular intervals on the second-floor balcony of the long adobe. Below, a rose bush overtakes the picket fence, obscuring much of the left lower floor. The balcony railing is cut into decorative patterns. No gate is evident in the fence. Earlier record file also identifies the adobe as a ranch and stage station.
