Description
Photograph of the painting "The Annunciation" depicting the Madonna backed by an angel and cherubim, [s.d.]. The Madonna is shown slightly off to the left of center, draped in a hemmed robe. A halo serves as the backdrop for her head. Her fingertips are touched together in prayer while her eyes look down and to the right. Behind her, an androgynous angel stands on a cloud and holds its right hand above its haloed head creating a second halo about which the outlines of cherubs and a dove can be seen. Picture file card reads "Saint Gabriel".
