Description
Photograph of the painting "Psyche Before Nature's Mirror" by Thurman, depicting a nymph by the lakeside, [s.d.]. A fairy in the form of a bare-chested young girl crouches by the lakeside, wearing a diaphanous skirt. Her hair is pulled back into a bun. She leans out to peer at her reflection in the lake, but none is shown. The darkness of the forest fills the background, just behind a patch of meadow grass.
