A structure with what appears to be a pagoda-inspired roof bearing the word "Examiner" stands left of another tall building across a road. A large sign facing the background sits on the roof of the large building at right. At center, a wide street extends into the background. The traffic is concentrated further up the street, and the street is empty in the foreground. A large portion of the city pans out at left, with buildings like the "Western Pacific Bldg" in sight. In the background, the outline of the mountains can be vaguely seen.
