Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Wolfskill Ranch House on Alameda Street near Fifth Street, Los Angeles, 1885. The long adobe is separated from the dirt road to the right by a hedgerow, which obscures most of its porch and entrance, which the flat roof extends outward in order to shade. A large palm tree and some of the area's other buildings are visible in the background to the right. The caption underneath the image identifies the adobe, area and timeframe.
