Description
Photograph of a drawing depicting William Wolfskill's Pasadena orange and lemon grove and residence, between Alameda and San Pedro Streets, Los Angeles, ca.1882. The lithograph shows a railroad depot at bottom, from which a train is departing. Behind this, a horse-drawn wagon has parked in order to load on crates of fruit taken from the orchard of trees that fills the rest of the image. A second horse-drawn wagon makes its way along a set of railroad tracks in the very front.
