Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Fremont Flats west of Main Street in Los Angeles, 1900-1909. The three-story apartment house is at center and its façade is facing to the right. Large arched doorways can be seen on the bottom floor, while eight small balconies are visible on the upper floors. Small rectangular windows look out on an unpaved street from the top two floors. A line of utility poles runs in front of the building. Signs can be seen in several windows advertising vacant apartments.
