Benson, President, Claremont College; Doctor F. Raymond Iredell, Dean of Faculty at Pomona.; Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Mercurio. Reporter: Ostler. Assignment: ROTC color presentation Claremont. 200: L-R: Colonel robert L. Wadlington, Junior, Commanding Officer of the Claremont-Pomona ROTC unit, George C. S. Benson, president of Claremont College for men and Doctor F. Raymond Iredell, dean of faculty at Pomona College, stand as new ROTC colors pass in review. The unit's colors were presented following the unification of the Pomona and Claremont ROTC's. The combined school ROTC units is the onlyone of its kins in the country. The colors were presented at a formal ceremony and prarade on the Pomona Campus at Claremont".
