3 mages. Fort MacArthur Awards, 29 September 1951. Colonel Sidney F. Dunn (Commanding Officer, Fort MacArthur); Mrs. Bonnie M. Anderson (receives posthumous award to husband Captain Clarence L. Anderson); Mrs. Alfred M. Tedford (receives posthumous award for her son, Distinguished Service Cross); Mrs. Mary Finley (receives posthumous award for her son, Distinguished Service Cross).; Supplementary material reads: "Chernus. Harbor. Awards, Fort MacArthur. #1: Shows Colonel Sidney F. Dunn, Commanding Officer, Fort MacArthur, pins distinguished service cross on Mrs. Bonnie M. Anderson, of 2026 East Seventh St., Long Beach. Posthumous award, the medal was won by Mrs. Anderson's husband, Captain Clarence L. Anderson, killed in action in Korea. #2: Same as above. #3: Shows Colonel Dunn pinning Distinguished service cross on Mrs. Alfred M. Tedford, 3617 W. 62nd St., Los Angeles. Medal awarded her son killed in action, Korea. #4: Shows Col. Dunn pinning bronze star medal on Mrs. Mary Finley, 1247 S. McBride Ave., Los Angeles. Her son, Pvt. Jerry L. Finley was killed in action, Korea. In all negs line-up of women are, L to R: Mrs. Bonnue Anderson; Mrs. Alfred Tedford; and Mrs. Mary Finley".
