Contestants entering the All-City Art Festival next weekend, lined up to submit their entries yesterday and Friday at Barnsdall Park. Shown left to right, are Mrs. Emma Farrow, Mrs. Wolf Weinberg and Mrs. John Tratner, more than 2,000 amateur and professional Los Angeles artist will be competing for $6,000 in prizes".
