Assignment: Santa Monica Fair. #11-12-31: Madge Lawrence, 17-year-old Santa Monica High School senior, and co-editor of the school annual, who is leading all contestants in the race for queen of the annual Santa Monica Community Fair, which will open tomorrow (Wed.) night.
