(Top photo) Carolyn Weathers and Brenda Weathers , close-up, standing by a palm tree outside the Alcoholism Program for Women (APW). (Bottom left and right photos) Denise Crippen and Carolyn Weathers in the APW backyard. On the left: Denise. On the right: Carolyn. Carolyn's handwritten note in the photo album reads, "In APW backyard - - on our way to the Lesbian Herstory Exploration to show the slide show that Kaye, Denise & I had done for the APW Open House the previous weekend. Out affair was on - starting Open House (Well, one afternoon ONLY Jan. 3 Not again till Open House.)" The vehicle we were traveling in was Kaye's old utility truck. It was in this truck that Katie O'Brien's Gang went out and did housecleaning and yard work. The Gang consisted of only two workers - Kate and Carolyn. Top photo: Friday, May 2, 1975.
