Description
Text continues: "Sunday May 2, 1992, Downtown Kiener Plaza, activities begin 10:00 a.m.; 1:00 p.m. walk begins; the quilt on display; see the Midwest's largest display of the AIDS quilt since 1994. It's a moving tribute of primarily local quilt panels covering an entire city block on display the day of the walk only. A project of the AIDS Foundation of St. Louis." Upper portion of the poster contains a color photograph, retouched so as the buildings are in rainbow colors, of downtown St. Louis with a large red ribbon in the center. Lower portion contains a graphic of multicolored human figures. Black and red text on white background.

ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives is the oldest active Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning (LGBTQ) organization in the United States and the largest repository of LGBTQ materials in the world. Founded in 1952, ONE Archives currently houses over two million archival items including periodicals, books, film, video and audio recordings, photographs, artworks, organizational records and personal papers.
A small subset of this material has been digitized and is available online.
