Text continues: "Rose Bowl September 22-24, 1995, the NAMES Project announces the single largest display of the AIDS memorial quilt ever mounted outside Washington, D.C.; 15,000 panels covering an area the size of eight football fields; opening ceremony, Friday, 9:00 am, open daily 10:00 am-4:00 pm; proceeds from this display benefit AIDS Service Center in Pasadena and local chapters of the NAMES Project Foundation; learn how you can participate in this event, call 213-653-name."Purple text on white background. ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives is the oldest active Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning (LGBTQ) organization in the United States and the largest repository of LGBTQ materials in the world. Founded in 1952, ONE Archives currently houses over two million archival items including periodicals, books, film, video and audio recordings, photographs, artworks, organizational records and personal papers.
A small subset of this material has been digitized and is available online.
