Support the May 21>"
Defendants!
The District Attorney's office has in the last few weeks hardened its
line and intensified its legal assault on two of the remaining White Verdict
Night defendants of May 2lst, 1979.
We ask you to join us in showing our determination to not see David Waddle
and Peter Plate get picked off as sacrificial lambs to sop spitefull members
of the police force, |
We ask you to join us in sponsoring this call to be in the court room
for the preliminary hearing of Peter Plate on Tuesday, July 14th at 9AM
in Municipal Court Dept. 19 at the Hall of Justice and to watch out for the
upcoming trial of him as well as David Waddle.
A packed courtroom is the best vigilance we can offer at this critical
juncture in the May 2lst defense.
This is OUR trial. We will stand as defendants with those who now
face the price of imprisonment for sharing in our resistance against the
threat of the Dan White Verdict to all of our safety and freedom.
Also, join us in calling on the District Attorney, Arlo Smith, to dror
the charges NOW as well as investigate the Elephant Walk brutality of that
same night.
