Text continues: "We are creating an hour-long television special to tell the story of God, gays, and the gospel. We are going to show the world that vocal portions of Christianity have been misguided in their approach to homosexuality; that we are people, not perverts; that spirituality and sexuality can go together! We need your help to tell it like it is. Please send your donation to Rev. Troy Perry, U.F.M.C.C. Media Fund, 5300 Santa Monica Blvd., #304, Los Angeles, California 90029. God, gays, and the gospel: This is our story. A presentation of the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches." Black text on white paper. ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives is the oldest active Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning (LGBTQ) organization in the United States and the largest repository of LGBTQ materials in the world. Founded in 1952, ONE Archives currently houses over two million archival items including periodicals, books, film, video and audio recordings, photographs, artworks, organizational records and personal papers.
A small subset of this material has been digitized and is available online.
