Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the office of the salt works owned by the Mellus brothers north of Redondo Beach, ca.1900. A squat brick structure is pictured at center, with a hut-style roof that features a small peak at center surrounded by a more level fringe. The door appears to be at center, raised from the stoop of the building. To the left of this, part of the building is jacketed in wood boards. Compares to CHS-12537 which shows a closer view along with a man.
