Photograph of Frank Wiggins standing among actors at a motion picture studio, [s.d.]. Wiggins can be seen standing at center and is wearing a dark three-button suit. He has glasses and a thick mustache. He is holding a large wooden spoon that he is removing from a basket held by a man dressed in Indian clothing at left. A man and a woman in traditional Mexican costume can be seen standing at right, while another man holds a guitar in the background at left. An adobe arch can be seen behind Wiggins, who was an officer in the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.

California Historical Society Collection, 1860-1960
Description
The California Historical Society Collection is incomparable for the documentary picture it provides of the growth of Southern California, particularly the development of the Los Angeles region, between 1860 and 1960. The collection contains more than 25,000 photographs. The full archive was placed on long-term deposit at USC in 1990 and includes the Title Insurance and Trust Company Collection, also known as TICOR, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Collection.
