Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Hotel Riviera in Long Beach, ca.1900. The three-story hotel can be seen at center. It has a light-colored first floor with a covered porch at left, and dark-colored upper floors. The corners of the building stick out like towers and are topped by large sunshades on the flat roof. In the foreground at right, a low stucco building with large glass windows is attached to the hotel. Several palm trees can be seen in the foreground.
