Description
Photograph of the first Custom House in San Pedro, ca. June 1883. A tall flagpole bearing the American flag stands in front. The two-story Custom House, constructed with a colonnade to either side stands to the left of a formidable amount of stacked lumber behind which what appear to be the masts of ships can be seen. A horse with harness is visible between the two.
