Automobiles navigate the road at the center of the photograph. Legible signs include: "Entrance 420 Take Elevator", "Glick & Co.", "Show Cards Commercial Drawings Art Posters", "Clark's Dollar Store", "[E]verlasto Luggage Shop", "Youngs Shoes", "2 Big Features", "Underwood Typewriter Co.", "Herrick", "Clemens / The Home of 2 Pants Suits", "Hermann Hotel Supply Co.", "Sullivan's", "Birkel Music Co.", "Title Guarantee Bldg.", and "Walk". Additional information: the Broadway Theatre seen at left was located at 428 Broadway in the Broadway Central/Judson Building.
