Description
Photograph of Union Avenue and Venice Boulevard looking northeast during rain, April 1935. A newly-installed storm drain is shown at center during a heavy rain. To the left of the drain, a wide sidewalk can be seen lined with lampposts and signs. George B. Zins Service Station is on the corner. To the far right, the slick, paved road can be seen extending far into the background. In the background at right, an automobile can be seen driving on the road with several more parked along the curb.
