Photograph of a portrait of Captain John R. Plummer (father of Señor Don Eugenio R. Plummer). He can be seen from the waist up turned slightly to the left. He is standing and is wearing a double-breasted nautical uniform with a billed cap with an insignia. He has white hair and a moustache and full beard which is split into two long tufts at left and right. His hands are clasped behind his back. .
