Description
Photograph of an almond orchard in the west end of the Antelope Valley said to be the largest in the world, ca.1895. Small almond trees sweep out in regimented lines far into the distance. A wagon drawn by 2 horses is visible at left. A boy (or man?) stands with 2 dogs in the foreground looking toward the orchard. A farm house is visible in the distance. Mountains rise in the background.
