Description
Photograph of a lilac flowered fuchsia (fuchsia arboresceus, or, F. Syringaeflora) growing in front of a house, ca.1920. The thick foliage almost completely obscures the porch of the wooden house. A wooden lattice covers a crawlspace under the porch. At left, three steps lead up to the porch. The shingled roof is visible at top.
