Description
Photograph of the ruins of the front of the church of Mission San Fernando, ca.1875. Some of the adobe brick walls still stand. A series of six square columns which once supported an exterior corridor stand like sentinels along the wall, the roof over them having completely collapsed and been removed. Part of the roof rafters of the church are visible at the top of a taller part of the church in the background. Scrub grass grows on the ground.
