Description
Photograph of two women sitting on a flower festooned double tandem (side by side) cart in the Los Angeles Fiesta, ca.1901-1905. This was a first prize winner. A fancy roof fastened to the conveyance shades them. Behind them are 4 men dressed in dark clothes with flat-topped hats, also with bicycles. Horse-drawn carriages and pedestrians are visible in the grassy area behind. Several houses are visible in the background.
