Description
Photograph of the ruins of the exterior corridor of Mission La Purisima Concepcion, ca.1900. The wooden framework is all that remains of the roof, allowing sunlight to decorate the columns on the right. The left stone wall stands although large spots of deterioration can be seen. The ground is littered with the fallen building debris and neat piles of ceiling tiles sit on the far right. What appears to be graffiti on the wall at left may read: "Bielloca, 1896".
