Photograph looking west from Bright Angel Hotel, showing Rowe's Point and Anvil Rock, Grand Canyon, 1900-1930. A narrow ridge of rock forms the spine connecting the Point to the rim of the canyon. The canyon spreads out into the distance, the rim forming a horizontal line at the horizon.
