Description
Photograph of the Panamint Mountains in Death Valley, ca.1900-1950. A dried desert bush can be seen at left, while scraggly, intertwined branches can be seen to the right of what appears to be a dry creek bed. Tall mountains are visible in the background beyond flat desert land. Clouds can be seen touching the tops of the snow-covered peaks.
