Description
Photograph of the Oregon Lumber Company mill in the Hood River Valley, Oregon, ca.1900. A large wooden structure is at right with a ramp leading down to the ground level. Thousands of logs are scattered across the ground in the foreground, and what appears to be a bridge is visible in the background at left. Tall conifer trees can be seen on the edges of the image, as well as in the background. The logs are taken from the water into the mill.
