Description
Photograph of exterior of an unidentified factory, showing the outlines of a porch in the foreground, ca.1925. To the right, part of a small rectangular building can be seen. A single sliding widow is visible on the side of the wooden building, and it is partially open. Moving further into the background to the left, stacked piles of wood or other materials can be seen sitting near disheveled pieces of dirt. To the right, a single pole is visible in the plowed dirt holding a small sign near its base. Large trees standing near an automobile can also be seen in the background to the left. In the extreme background at center, three men can be seen standing in front of a small building with a slightly slanted roof. Behind the men, another rectangular building is visible with various object strewn about its base. Behind this building, a large tower in the shape of a single smokestack is visible. The top of the smokestack appears bulbous, and small ridges line the border. In the extreme foreground, the outlines of two window frames can be seen.
