Description
Photograph of the coast road in Las Flores Canyon, 1912. The road winds between the steep hills on either side of the canyon and intersects with another road near the ocean, which is visible at center in the distance. The hills are covered with dense foliage, and there are several small buildings lining the road in the canyon. A small dirt road is visible leading off from the main road in the lower left corner, and it crosses a rocky stream bed. The Las Flores Inn is visible near the ocean at center. The eastern gate of Rindge Rancho Malibu can be seen on coast road at Las Flores Creek.
