Description
Photograph of a birdseye view of Whittier, taken from the hill behind the college building, ca.1905. In front of the hill on the right side is a large brick building, possibly the college, while on the left side is an orchard of leaf-less trees. The city is beyond these landmarks, composed mostly of residential houses and trees. There is a broad street lined with utility poles on the right side. In the background beyond the city is a very large field planted with rows of crops.
